I am a Ph.D. student at the School of Computer Science, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), supervised by Prof. Anlong Ming. My research is focused on computer vision, aiming to improve how machines interpret visual aesthetics and color information.
Prior to my doctoral studies, I received my Master’s degree from Ningbo University, under the supervision of Prof. Qiuping Jiang.
My research focuses on the intersection of Computational Photography and Visual Understanding:
- Image Aesthetics Assessment (IAA): Quantifying and evaluating the aesthetic quality of digital images.
- Color Aesthetics: Exploring the rules of color harmony and visual preferences.
- White Balance: Restoring true colors under varying lighting conditions.
- Object Detection: Localizing and identifying semantic objects within complex visual scenes.
